Imagine after getting off the plane, taking the subway for an hour, and the first thing you see is this. My legs were shaking.
Shibuya, Tokyo.

It looks like a big maze but it's not.
It's just a corner to the entrance of Ginkakuji. Kyoto.

This is a a small buffer to the vast invasion of my Japan trip photos. I'm running out of photos to upload here...
Public purse, Bourke Street. Melbourne.

Just some random flowers. Really.
Garden near Ryoanji, Kyoto.

The owner of the noodle shop said it'd look super fantastic during spring, knowing that it was NOT spring when I was there.
Path of Philosophy, Kyoto.

Guy trimming Japanese cupcakes.
So they invented this machine to make a cupcake in 2.34 seconds but they couldn't make the machine to trim the cakes?
That arcade in Kyoto.

Somehow I think you won't suspect a thing if I were to say that this photo's taken in the 70's.
On the way to Osaka Cho.

Just to show you that not all my photos turned out well. This was the only Tokyo night shot I had, and it's screwed all right.
Although some people did scream 'cool!' before I could explain. I guess, it has its own wrongful appeal?

Godzilla's wristwatch.
Shibuya, Tokyo.

If you turn this upside down, it's as if the garden's hanging in the air. As if someone pushed the pause button.
Garden at Ryoanji, Kyoto.

Would you like a cup of Zen? Sadly, the stone garden was under renovation when I was there. Hence the wall of white cloth. Bet you didn't realise at all hey?
Ryoanji, Kyoto.

I just felt like a school girl taking this photo.
Kyoto, Japan.

Taro feeling sad to leave her master.
Portrait session, IH. Melbourne.

For some reason, I really like this portrait of Sharon.
Portrait session, IH. Melbourne.

For every aborted child, there's a statue. Disturbingly cute.
5 minutes away from Tokyo Tower, Japan.

Where's Nobunaga and Onimusha?
Osaka Castle, Japan.

He took my bike! Malcolm is a bike snatcher! But he's so good looking.... drool...
Portrait session, IH. Melbourne.

I remember this girl in a shop telling me, that the best time to take a photo is right after the rain so that you get the reflection.
How true in this case. I was most excited waiting for this photo to develop. Ginkakuji entrance, Kyoto.

The only photo I was happy with in 2003.
Albert Park, Melbourne.
